The device cannot connect to the server. This may be caused by poor GSM coverage. You need to go to "My tags" and activate the wireless tag. The phone will go into tag mode and disarm the device.
Attention: this method will only work if the phone tag was previously registered on the device.

Several options are possible:
The car is out of GSM network coverage
Service balance or SIM card balance needs to be topped up

Movement with the ignition off (evacuation)
No communication with the vehicle (device installed on the vehicle is not connected to the server)
Notification of arming or disarming
Adding a new tag to the device
Low battery
Additionally you can configure the notification of entering and exiting a geo-fence zone.

The error may appear if the device is already activated (QR code was scanned and activated earlier). In this case you need to send a letter with the subject "The problem of reading the QR code" to support@garm24.com
